Bio.Weihua Wu (Member, IEEE) received the B.S. and M.E. degrees in telecommunications engineering and the Ph.D. degree in communication and information systems from Xidian University, Xi'an, China, in 2011, 2014, and 2017, respectively.
From 2016 to 2017, he was a Visiting Student with the Computer Science Laboratory (LIA), University of Avignon, Avignon, France.
From 2019 to 2020, he was a Postdoctoral Researcher with the Information Systems Technology and Design (ISTD) Pillar, Singapore University of Technology and Design, Singapore.
From 2018–2022, he was an Assistant Professor with the School of Telecommunications Engineering, Xidian University.
Since 2022, he has been with the School of Physics and Information Technology, Shaanxi Normal University, Xi'an, where he is currently an Associate Professor.
His research interests include robust resource optimization and the application of machine leanring in V2X networks, LTE-U networks, and heterogeneous cellular networks.
In 2020, he was named the outstanding Ph.D. thesis Award in Xidian University
